As a newbie to baking, I took several workshops with Fanny and loved it. Fanny allowed me to do things I never thought I could do. She is patient, attentive, smiling and it was a pleasure to do these pastry workshops with her! Thanks to these tips, I was able to bake on my own at home without any worries. Fanny has a gift for making what seems complicated "simple" and it is with passion that she passes on her tips and recipes. For example, I was able to make a magnificent Paris-Brest trip, and moreover from a distance, which I would never have thought possible. I really enjoyed this experience! I highly recommend Fanny!


I had the opportunity during the lockdown to make her online baking recipes with Fanny. For the beginner that I was I must say that I immediately appreciated her ability to gather around a cake project. I really appreciated her pedagogy, her taste for effort, her ease to accompany with always her smile, her encouragement, her advice.
