Pastry classes for all levels to learn how to make a Saint-Honoré, a less traditional chocolate tart or the perfect decoration for a birthday cake.
Each pastry workshop will introduce you to a range of different concepts, enriched by a wealth of advice, so that you can recreate the recipes at home without having to buy any equipment.

Course ideas
The courses on offer are for all levels, from beginner/amateur to more experienced. From the most classic to the most creative.

Tarts : from the simplest chocolate to the highest quality, to learn different techniques (poaching, textures, etc.).
2h lesson - 75€/pers.
Fruit tarts follow the seasons.

Viennese pastries : from the classic brioche to croissant dough, filled milk bread...
3h lesson - 100€/pers.

Puff pastry : preparation of a puff pastry only, which can be frozen, millefeuille, galette, apple and caramel turnovers, palm tree...
Allow a minimum of 3 hours for this course.

Decoration : learn different poaching techniques to decorate a birthday cake, for example.
Allow a minimum of 3 hours for this course.

Entremets and individual cakes : opera, strawberry, charlotte...
Allow a minimum of 3 hours for this course and a long rest period in the cold.
