About me

Behind every photo, every creation, every morsel tasted, hides a little hand. Yours, my daughter's, who inspired the name of the site, or mine, Fanny.

2020. Global pandemic. First containment.

Like many people, I'm behind the stove to keep myself busy. And I do it more than usual. I'm passionate about pastry-making and I've got a degree, so it's not unusual to find myself behind my food processor preparing a new delicacy to delight my friends and family. Cyril Lignac launched Tous en cuisine, a way of getting closer together, of not being isolated in these atypical times, by bringing us all together in the kitchen around good food. That's when I said to myself: «What if I did the same thing, but with a bunch of friends and some cakes? And that's how I started giving pastry classes to my friends, by video, once a week.

And what do you know? I loved it! It was a revelation! I was exploring another approach to pastry-making: teaching, but not just any teaching:

Reveal everyone's potential, whatever their level, and above all, with everyone's own equipment! No pastry bag, no rhodoïd (what's that all about?), no cake ring, no rotating cake stand? No problem! Just think, adapt and succeed! And best of all, you can start again on your own with the right advice.

You'll gain confidence in yourself, in your creative potential and in your ability to make cakes with your own personal touch! You'll see that, with a little patience, your skills will quickly improve and so will your desire to challenge yourself!

Let's get together for a convivial moment of sharing?
