SUBJECT
The present conditions aim to define the terms of sale between La Petite Main and the user, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery.
They regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED
La Petite Main markets culinary training courses on its website. The services offered for sale online are only those listed on the course calendar. These products and services are offered subject to availability.
Other services of La Petite Main such as private, group or corporate courses are offered upon request in the contact form.
The photographs on the site are provided for illustrative purposes only.
La Petite Main reserves the right to modify the recipes in the program according to seasonality.
La Petite Main reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes. If the class cannot be rescheduled to another date convenient to the client, the class fee will be refunded.
The customer can reserve several places.
Gift certificates are valid for a maximum of one year from the date of purchase.
RATES
The prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, and are only valid for the videoconference workshops.
The prices indicated for the video courses include the teaching aids in digital format (replay, recipe card). La Petite Main reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price indicated on the order form and validated by the user at the time of payment is the only one applicable for the order in question.
For private lessons, group lessons, home lessons, business lessons, La Petite Main will provide an estimate according to the type of pastry, the number of participants, the number of hours of lessons, and the distance to the location.
THE ORDER
The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified himself by entering his full contact details in the order form.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products and services available for sale.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
La Petite Main undertakes to honor orders received on the website within the limits of available places for reservations and requests for private, group or corporate lessons received through the contact form. If there is no availability, La Petite Main will inform the user.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation are proof of the transaction. In accordance with the civil code, the validation of the order form is worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The confirmation of the registered order is sent by e-mail after the validation of the payment to the e-mail address indicated by the user.
La Petite Main reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the user.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon ordering a videoconference workshop. A deposit is due upon signing a quote.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN
Orders, once paid, are not refundable.
A reservation for a physical workshop can only be postponed at the client's request if this request is made by e-mail and reaches La Petite Main at least 72 hours before the beginning of the course.
The client will be able to make a new reservation within a maximum of 3 months from the date of cancellation of the course. For videoconference workshops, the cancellation period is 48 hours to open the right to reschedule.
COURSE OF THE VIDEOCONFERENCE WORKSHOP
Once the pastry workshop has been booked by the client, the client will receive a list of ingredients, a list of required materials and explanatory content for the preparations to be made the day before the class. The ingredients must be prepared by the client before the class.
The workshop will start with a video conference on Zoom with the other participants (except in the case of a private class). La Petite Main commits to deliver the complete recipe, with all explanations, tips and problem solving to make the recipe successful. La Petite Main is not responsible for the final result obtained by the client. Each recipe is tested and validated beforehand by La Petite Main.
At the end of the class, La Petite Main will be available to answer questions from customers. The replay of the class, as well as the recipe card will be sent by email to the customers.
The workshop lasts between two and three hours, depending on the type of pastry made.
HOME/CORPORATE/GROUP WORKSHOP PROCESS
Once the pastry workshop has been booked by the client through the contact form, the client will receive one week in advance the list of ingredients, the list of mandatory equipment and the explanatory content for the preparations to be made the day before the class. The ingredients must be prepared by the client before the class.
La Petite Main does not assume responsibility for the purchase of ingredients. La Petite Main will come to the client's or company's location with its own equipment, however, La Petite Main will bring small equipment to make up for any shortages.
La Petite Main is committed to delivering the complete recipe, with all explanations, tips and problem solving to make the recipe successful. La Petite Main is not responsible for the final result obtained by the client. Each recipe is tested and validated beforehand by La Petite Main.
At the end of the class, La Petite Main will be available to answer questions from customers. The recipe card will be delivered at the end of the course (to each participant).

GIFT CARDS
La Petite Main offers three different gift cards corresponding to the three types of workshops: short (65€), medium (75€) and long (85€). The gift cards can be used on all the workshops, but the amount remaining on the card will not be refunded. The gift card is in the form of a personalized code that can be used once and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The code must be entered at the time of payment.
PROVIDER'S LIABILITY
La Petite Main cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, breakdown of service, or other involuntary problems.
La Petite Main cannot be held responsible for any damage during a workshop at home or in a company or in any other place.
La Petite Main undertakes to make every effort to provide up-to-date and accurate information. The company cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or omissions relating to this information.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer agrees to pay for the order at the time of purchase for a videoconference course.
The client agrees to pay a deposit when signing the quote for a private course, a home course, a group course, a company course.
The client can cancel the workshop up to 48 hours in advance for a videoconference course and 72 hours in advance for a private course, a home course, a group course or a company course. Beyond that time, the client will not be reimbursed except in exceptional cases with justification.
PERSONAL DATA
The information and personal data that La Petite Main asks the user to provide are reserved for its use. The user has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her (art. 34 of the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17). To exercise this right, please contact : La Petite Main - contact@lapetitemain.fr, attaching to your email a copy of your identity card or passport in order to identify you. To place an order, the user must fill out an order form with his or her complete contact information. It is clearly stipulated that bank details are not recorded on this account. For each new order, the user must provide his credit card information via the payment interface.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
La Petite Main, the www.lapetitemain.fr website and its content are protected by trademark and/or copyright law and other rights. All these elements remain the exclusive property of La Petite Main. In application of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, the legislative and regulatory provisions of all countries and international conventions, any representation and/or reproduction, or use, exploitation, in whole or in part, of any of the above-mentioned elements, made without the prior written consent of La Petite Main, is prohibited.
CONSERVATION AND ARCHIVING OF TRANSACTIONS - PROOF
The archiving of the purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable support so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the civil code. The computerized registers will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present conditions are subject to French law. The competent court in the event of litigation will be that of the place of residence of the defendant or, at the choice of the plaintiff, of the place of effective delivery of the product.
